In Miami. I AM MIAMI is designed in Miami, stocked in a Miami-Dade warehouse and shipped from here, and it is sold in Miami institutions such as Frost Science and The Bass.
Where can I buy I AM MIAMI in person?
At Frost Science in Museum Park, The Bass in Miami Beach, the Wynwood Walls Shop in Wynwood and Inter Miami stores at Miami Freedom Park. The full range is also on iammiami.com, shipped from Miami.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. I AM MIAMI ships within the United States only. Orders leave our Miami warehouse within 3 to 5 business days and standard delivery takes another 3 to 5 business days, with express shipping available at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your I AM MIAMI order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags on, in their original packaging and with the receipt or proof of purchase. Email hello@iammiami.com to start a return and we send you a return shipping label; once we have received and inspected it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
